High power circular saw lines

The Czech company ExactCut manufactures high-performance circular saws for direct cutting of metal and non-ferrous metal materials as standard, up to a diameter of 205 mm, for machine shops, steel merchants and machine shops.

The company’s very strong expertise is based on the strong expertise of the employees of the bankrupt German high-power circular saw manufacturer Wagner, as well as the owner of ExactCut – the large saw manufacturer Bomar.

In addition to its standard saw range, the company offers highly customized and highly automated sawing center systems. ExactCut also invests in testing saw blades and providing its customers with optimal sawing parameters so that they can achieve maximum productivity.

At Konecranes, the ExactCut MAC 205 circular saw line in Hämeelinna, integrated into a sorting robot, replaced two previously saw-through band saws. The new saw line saws two manned turns and partly the third turn unmanned from round steel.
